No Refunds:  Laughing Tails Designs shall repair or replace any product that prove to be defective. The Buyer will have assumed to have accepted the Product unconditionally unless a claim that a Product is defective is made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The Buyer is liable for any return postage.

All products made-to-order require a downpayment of 50% and the other 50% due upon completion.
